What is the Ouro™ Premium Gift Box for?
It is a structured presentation box made to gift and store Ouro™ jewelry. It gives your piece a premium unboxing experience and a safe home between wears.
Will it actually protect my jewelry day to day?
Yes. The rigid construction shields stored pieces from dust, scratches, and knocks, which is one of the easiest ways to keep jewelry looking new. Simply close the lid after each wear.
Can the box be exposed to water or humidity?
Keep it dry. Moisture can damage the box and is also one of the main causes of wear on stored jewelry, so a cool, dry spot is best for both. If it gets damp, wipe it with a dry cloth right away.
Is it ready to gift as-is?
Yes. It is designed as a finished presentation piece, so no extra wrapping is needed. Just place the jewelry inside, close the lid, and it is ready to hand over.
Which pieces fit inside?
It is sized for everyday Ouro™ pieces such as chains, bracelets, rings, and earrings. If you have a question about a specific piece, our support team is happy to confirm before you order.
Does every box go through quality control?
Yes. Each box is inspected before shipping to make sure the structure, finish, and closure meet our standards. Anything that does not pass never leaves our hands.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. If anything is wrong with your box on arrival or it fails under normal use, contact our support team and we will make it right.
